Meet our Team
Our team which covers Surrey and Sussex are practising Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners with extensive experience in anti-aging treatments. They have gained invaluable knowledge and skills in the NHS and privately. and are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
As providers of aesthetics treatments our main goal is patient safety whilst providing natural aesthetic results. Our Nurse practitioners are trained in advanced Aesthetics and qualified at the renowned Harley Academy in London.
We specialise in facial rejuvenation including dermal fillers and specialist treatments for conditions such as migraine, hyperhidrosis and overactive bladder.

Sandra O' Donnell Aesthetic Clinician and Director
Sandy has over 10 years Nursing and Midwifery experience and is currently a practising BSC Hons Midwife, Nurse and Clinical Supervisor registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Sandy first qualified as a Nurse in West London in the 1980's. After a short break to have a family she returned to work in the Recruitment Industry where she studied with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, gaining a Post Graduate degree MCipd with a specialism of Training and Development (HRD) in 2000. After many years as a successful Sales and Marketing Director she followed her childhood dream to become a BSc Hons Midwife.
Sandy has trained as a Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with the renowned Harley Academy. She specialises in many medical procedures including treatments for migraines, over active bladder and hyperhidrosis. Sandy strives to deliver results that are natural and effective.
Andrew O' Donnell Company Secretary and Operations Director
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience working within Manufacturing. He has extensive experience in logistics, design and development of scientific instruments supplied to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.
Andrew has spent his career in Operations Management and has over 30 years’ experience in both public and private service sectors. Finance & Operations Director, Andrew is a founder shareholder of Allesthetics Ltd overseeing the Company’s growth and development, including the development of Allesthetics specialist services.
